Takes a 4S1500 to 2200 pack and even with the heavier pack it will cruise around with throttle off at height without losing much altitude. Of course this Excalibur is all about speed. So much fun taking it up high, rolling it on it's back and pulling back to dive across the patch after the prop has folded back. Hear the zzzing as it whistles past you ! I use a sticky 3M GoPro mount to get the Insta360 ONE X2 action camera to record some awesome onboard views from the Excalibur. No surprise that it did have quite a detrimental affect on the flight characteristics but it was worth it for the stunning views !
